Introducing the new era of PVD coating with the Kolzer® MK34” machine and PVD 2.0® technology. This operator-friendly solution offers faster production times and highly dense and compact decorative and functional coatings. With Kolzer’s sustainable technology and low production costs, you can expect ultimate aesthetical and technical performance.
Kolzer is your all-in-one partner, providing quality, 70 years of manufacturing expertise, and 24/7 technical support.
But what is PVD 2.0® technology? It builds upon traditional PVD characteristics and adds new, important, and durable mechanical and chemical performances that are compatible with all materials, even those without pretreatment. Using a sputtering process, high-power magnetrons and gases it energizes molecules to create a dense, compact, and highly resistant coating with perfect adhesion that meets even the hardest OEM standards.
Kolzer MK34″ PVD 2.0®
ULTRA WEAR
TECHNICAL
The Ultra Wear machine produces morphologically defect-free coatings that ensure perfect adhesion to surfaces, resulting in extremely smooth and dense coatings at the atomic level. It’s perfect for tools, technical components, fuel cells, and electronic devices, even with complex shaped substrates
ULTRA POWER
DESIGN
The Ultra Power machine is tailored to meet the needs of the taps and handles sector, where a wide range of color options and deco-functional properties are required. The machine can coat diecast and stainless-steel materials with PVD 2.0®, creating durable and aesthetic finishes that resist corrosion, abrasion, and tarnishing.
ULTRA DECO
LUXURY
Finally, the Ultra Deco configuration offers high-speed processes with excellent quality, generating a specific solution for the fashion and luxury industry to provide added value through sustainable processes. It guarantees low energy consumption, fast color change, and better aesthetic and mechanical performance on metal and plastic components.
Respect to the environment, fast execution
and no waste
All the processes carried out by Kolzer® machines allow the coating of any type of material, offering an elegant appearance as well as improving resistance.
Our applications are totally ecological, have no environmental impact, and are economically convenient.
